HOW IS MHM SEEDED?
It is difficult since we are the first event of the year. Phone calls are made to help with seeding and since seeding has to be done and formatted on AES before regions have any power leagues, the criteria below is used. The earliness of our event is one of the reasons why we use two divisions; it allows teams that may be under-seeded or over-seeded to move. When seeding, we consider:
- Current regional power league results
- Results from last year's MHM
- Preseason seeds by region for current year
- History of clubs and teams in their regions & past MHM tournaments
