REGISTRATION DATES

Team registration will open on November 1 at Midnight PST. Registration will close on November 17 at 8:00 PM PST, or when the event fills. The event typically fills before the close date.

PAYMENT

The per team entry fee is $795.00 + $25.00 credit card processing fee. Payments are only accepted through SportWrench. Checks are not accepted.

Teams are not accepted without full payment on file.

You will receive a notice on/around November 5 letting you know if your team is permitted to pay. Once you receive that notice, you have 48 hours to submit payment. Teams who do not submit payment in that window of time will be moved to the waiting list.

REFUNDS

Teams cancellation their registration on or before December 1 will receive a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

No refunds after December 1.

ROSTERS

Rosters must be uploaded to SportWrench no later than January 10, 2027.

Please print a copy of your roster and turn it in at the tournament desk. This can be done at the Moshofsky Center on Friday night between 5:00-9:00 PM, or on Saturday prior to your first match. Include contact information (phone numbers, etc.) on your roster.

Eligible staff on your rosters will receive admissions wristbands when you turn your rosters in.
