A NOTICE WHEN TO PAY ONLINE WILL BE SENT TO ALL REGISTERED TEAMS by Nov. 5th. DO NOT SEND A CHECK. The event fills quickly and no teams will be accepted without payment. WHEN TEAM RECEIVES AN EMAIL saying “OK TO PAY” TEAMS WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO MAKE THEIR PAYMENT ONLINE. BEFORE THAT IT WILL SAY “PENDING” ALL TEAMS ACCEPTED WILL BE DONE STARTING AROUND NOV. 7TH

Teams registering after all spots available in each group has been reached WILL be placed on the waitlist.
Teams dropping before Dec. 1st will incur $100 fee + cc fee
After Dec. 1st there are NO REFUNDS for the event. Note if we fill a dropped team after Dec. 1st we will refund minus $200 & cc fee, If we are able to fill the dropped spot. Before Dec. 1st a full refund minus a $100 fee + cc fee.

ALL registration payments required be done Online through the AES website, Sports Engine. The transaction fee of $25. for credit card covers our cost for the credit card service.
Registration Deadlines
Registration Opens: Nov. 1st midnight Registration Closes: Nov. 17th 8pm PST
DO NOT delay registration or payment - event is normally full LONG before deadline date. Do Not wait till the deadline.
Teams registering after event is filled with each age group limit may go on waitlist until teams have fee paid in full & have been accepted.
NO acceptance without payment.
Refunds on or before Dec. 1st allowed minus $100 + cc fee.
No Refunds if accepted after Dec. 5th. If we fill your dropped teams spot after Dec. 5th there will be a $200 + cc fee deducted from refund. Wait listed teams will get 100% refund if not accepted
Rosters are due on or before: January 10th 2027

Your AES roster must be printed & turned in at the tournament desk Friday night from 5-9pm @ The Moshofsky Center . Make sure phone # is on AES roster sheet. AES rosters must be completed in full on AES before January 10th. You can also turn Rosters in at your first playing site on Saturday. Registered staff on your roster will get entry wristbands at check in. Please DO NOT duplicate roster members on different teams. If you have them on more than one roster please highlight them on the duplicate rosters.
