Team Registration

Click the button below and register through AES. During the registration process, highly recommend to make your credit card payment of $795 per team right then, plus the $25 transaction fee. The event fills up very fast. NO acceptance of teams without full payment. If you are paying by check, please see the instructions below.

IF REGISTRATION EXCEEDS OPEN SPOTS - PAST HISTORY OF PARTICIPATION, NUMBER OF TEAMS REGISTERED IN AN AGE GROUP ALONG WITH PAYMENT BEING PAID IN FULL, WILL BE FACTORS IN TEAMS BEING ACCEPTED. FINAL LIST OF TEAMS ACCEPTED SHOULD BE DONE BY DECEMBER 5TH. TEAMS NOT ACCEPTED WILL GET A FULL REFUND.

Online Payment

Online credit card payments are made through the AES website, Sports Engine. The transaction fee of $25. for credit card covers our cost for the credit card service.

Registration Deadlines

Registration Opens: Nov. 1st 2024

All payments are by due: Dec. 1st 7:00 PM PST

DO NOT delay registration or payment - event is normally full LONG before deadline date.

NO acceptance without payment.  You can register a 14-1 team - DO NOT pay for them.

They will go directly to the WAITLIST and only be accepted to fill empty spots in the 16-15 event.

Refunds on or before Dec. 10th allowed minus $100 fee.

No Refunds if accepted after Dec. 10th. - Wait listed teams will get 100% refund if not accepted

Rosters are due on or before: January 5th 2025

Your USAV or AES roster must be printed & turned in at the tournament desk at your first day playing site, before you play or Friday from 5-9pm @ Moshofsky Center. Make sure phone # is on USAV or AES roster sheet. AES rosters must be completed in full on AES before January 5th.
